Everyone is different; and people deal with grief in their own way. But one way which seems to be recommended time and time again is to write about what has happened: your feelings, the challenges you face, the help you have received. Not only can writing be a form of therapy for a bereaved parent, it can also be a source of advice, encouragement and inspiration to other parents who are experiencing the same horrible tragedy.
Many parents write about their feelings in a blog, or an online journal. Here are just a few you may find interesting, helpful and moving. If you would like to recommend a blog, please let us know through Twitter or Facebook - the links are at the top of the page.
